That is the main purpose of this website, to enable us to inform you and for you to make contact  with us on a more intimate basis  We value your  opinion and welcome your input as to how we can improve our service Company Owners/Founders/Management The Bounds Taxi  Company was founded by Harry Bounds and his brothers in 1958 with a fleet of  Standard Vanguards purchased locally at Douglas Motors, Sheep Street The firm was owned for many years by Colin Tinston and was then sold to the Russell family.  The Russell  family have owned Bounds since 2000. Charlotte  O`Grady & Stewart Russell have been charged with the hands on running of the  family business. Charlotte dealing with the Accounts and Customer relations side  of things and Stewart dealing with Technical and Driver/Staff matters. Charles Fleming has served as Bounds Taxis company secretary since 2000. One of Charles’s main roles is keeping a tight rein on the expenses and making funds available for future development. Martin Webb has served as Bounds Taxis manager since 2000. Martin has experience in the driving  side of the business. Martin is also heavily involved with the school accounts.  This is a major part of our business and uses up around 40 cars twice a day to complete them, which explains the shortage of cars available between 8 -and 9  and 3-4..
